About Us
Our Mission
We believe that the best education can help children overcome the many inner and outer obstacles they will face in their future. Unfortunately, not every child has access to such knowledge and opportunity, which is why our vision is to provide the best education to children who are at a disadvantage. Through the guidance and support of a mentor, kids in our program are given mindset training and new skillsets from our world's top performers, CEO's, and leaders, so they will attain an advantage over their future and an edge as individuals.
Our History
Our Founder, Luke Elrod, has been teaching children for over twenty years, and has been a successful entrepreneur for over nine. He and any seasoned CEO will credit their results along with their own hardwork to the masterminds, mentors, and coaches they have learned from, and will spend thousands of dollars to access their expertise.
All of the skills he learned through these individuals and courses, he never would have had an inkling of if he merely had his public schooling education. This led him to the resounding question: "Why didn't I learn any of this in school?"
This question grew into an idea that became The Roundtable; a form of education that provides such knowledge and training to those in need without ever having to spend thousands of dollars to receive it while they are still young with their whole lives ahead of them.
Our devoted team takes the responsibility to consistently research and apply cutting edge skills in entrepreneurship, psychology, and leadership so they can break them down to a child's understanding in fun yet challenging classes of no more than ten students.
It is our goal to build strong relationships and deliver a personalized and interactive learning experience to all.
How You Can Help
We raise donations for our cause so we may provide these classes for free to children in need, and are already giving our time and expertise to several nonprofits, schools, and other organizations in the area.
